Highly motivated employee, who enjoys participating in and driving organizational priorities. Assisting in the development of a branch office for Procore Technologies, one of the fastest growing companies in the nation, servers as a testament to that. I was able to swiftly learn the software, and educate new hires and clients in public training in an exceptionally short period. All while promoting an enjoyable and self motivated culture throughout the office.
Crowning my college career would be co-leading a successful education campaign for a $55 million student center referendum. Also noted would be my selection by the UW System President to represent 182,000 students on a steering committee regarding reductions in state funding. This experience affirmed my ability to learn in a swift fashion, yet maintain my ability to give honest, and thoughtful feedback in regards to important policy decisions and shifting organizational priorities.
Spending my remaining time in college focused on data collection, analysis, and developing relevant policy recommendations and narratives based on aforementioned analysis. This experience strengthened my ability to perform quantitative based research, and reinforced my ability to make real-world applications of information.
