- Conduct live-public training for Procore Technologies' clients.
- Generate content for a blog meant to highlight new or existing feature of Procore's software.
- Create video tutorials that educate users on the basic and advanced features of the software.

Dining Program Specialist, University Centers, UW- La Crosse, 2012-2013
- Developed program evaluation methods such as a student dining services committee, menu availability/comment cards, and weekly recommendations to increase customer satisfaction.
- Utilized knowledge and overview of the dining contract set between the university and the provider to establish what items should be provided at each dining location consistently, and what items should be on a rotation.
- The work performed here is still being utilized so that University Centers and the contractor can have effective discussion concerning meal plan operations.

- Lobbied to successfully pass fund allocations that allowed for environmentally friendly residence halls with modern steam traps, and hydration stations.
